If for some reason you have a complaint against a moderator, you should first contact that moderator via PM or email and politely but clearly explain the situation. If your complaint cannot be resolved, contact a global moderator, who will then investigate the complaint with the administrator and other global moderators. If your complaint is about a global moderator and it cannot be resolved in private discussion with them, then contact the administrator.

After the complaint has been investigated, all parties involved will be advised of the outcome.
